About KAP
KAP Design is Jamie Kapitain, a visual communication specialist, who collaborates with academic researchers, labs, and research institutions to translate complex findings into clear, engaging visual communication assets. Jamie advises on and develops high-impact visual solutions for grant applications, knowledge mobilization plans, research summaries, reports, and presentations — helping researchers secure funding, demonstrate impact, and mobilize their work effectively.
With extensive experience in climate change, sustainability, ecology, and environmental science research communication projects, Jamie understands both the content and the challenges researchers face to get their work seen by the right audiences.
KAP supports research by making findings accessible to funders, partners, policymakers, and the public. Bridging the gap between rigorous research and audience understanding, KAP enables research dissemination.
